Born in Kinashi, Hyogo prefecture. Given name Saiichiro. Studied with Takeuchi Seiho. Exhibited Japanese-style paintings at Bunten, Teiten, Shin Bunten, and Nitten. Six figure prints and 8 landscapes published by Sato Shotaro in 1924; included in Toledo exhibition in 1930.
